Refund policy

Tropi Drop — Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
This policy complies with Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (UUPK 8/1999) and Government Regulation 80/2019 for online commerce.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind, especially for swimwear.

 


 

1. When a return is accepted

You may request a return if:

  • the item arrived damaged

  • the item has a manufacturing defect

  • the item does not match the description or photos

  • you received the wrong item

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-eligible returns

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with UUPK, we cannot accept returns if:

  • the swimwear has been tried on or worn

  • hygiene stickers or tags are removed

  • original packaging is missing or damaged

  • the item does not fit (size issues)

  • the customer changed their mind

  • the item was purchased on sale

  • the item was purchased as a gift card

This is standard for international swimwear brands.

 


 

3. Return process (for approved cases)

If your return request is approved:

  1. We will send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

  2. The item must be shipped back within 5 days after approval.

  3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

 


 

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

 


 

5. EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • with all tags

  • with the hygiene sticker intact

  • in its original packaging

 


 

6. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
