1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within:

1–3 business days (standard)

Up to 5 business days during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods
Processing starts after:

payment confirmation,

stock verification,
-
address validation.
We do not process orders on Sundays or Indonesian public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping — Indonesia
We ship across Indonesia using local courier partners (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, etc.).
Estimated delivery times:

Bali: 1 business day

Java: 2–5 business days

Other islands: up to 14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, EMS Indonesia, or other available carriers.
Estimated delivery times:

Asia: 7–12 business days

Australia / New Zealand: 8–15 business days

Europe: 10–20 business days

USA & Canada: 10–20 business days

Rest of the world: 12–20 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or global logistics disruptions.
4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for:

all customs duties,

VAT/GST,
-
import fees,
-
local handling charges.
We cannot:

estimate or control these charges,
-
declare lower product values,
-
influence customs processing times.
If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned, shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

the parcel may be returned to us,
-
reshipping costs must be paid by the customer,
-
original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once the order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Tropi Drop is not responsible for:

lost packages,
-
stolen packages (including from villas, reception desks, co-working spaces, etc.),
-
damage caused by the carrier,
-
delays caused by the shipping provider.
Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
We can assist with documentation, but we do not control the investigation process.
8. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items:

we normally ship them together,
-
separate shipments are possible on request (additional fees may apply).
9. Pickup Points & Delivery Attempts
Swimwear does not require special handling, but:

parcels must be picked up on time from pickup locations,
-
unclaimed packages may be returned to us,
-
reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time.
